Learn the dashboard
It shows you what you already own, what the option chain will pay you for it, and what happens to that position across the range of prices the market could reach. This section explains how to read each part of it.

Each of these follows the tab of the same name: what the numbers mean, where they come from, and the ones that mislead if read the obvious way.
The two questions the dashboard answers
Almost everything here is one of two questions, and it is worth knowing which one you are asking before you read a number.
| Question | Where | What it gives you |
|---|---|---|
| Where could this end up? | Risk — all paths | A distribution at one horizon: the range, the chance of profit, whether margin breaks. |
| What is it like to hold it? | Flight — one path | A single path, day by day: what it marks each morning, what expires, what gets assigned. |
The distribution tells you whether a position is sane. The flight tells you whether you could actually sit through it — which is a different question, and the one that decides whether a plan survives contact with a bad week.
